We are in the BUSINESS of providing quality patient care. Like any other business we expect to be paid for our serves.

You are ultimately responsible for payment. If you have insurance we will assist you by billing your insurance for you. If you have insurance you are responsible for providing us, and your insurance company, with whatever information is needed to process your claim. If you cannot provide us with an up to date insurance card, or do not provide us with necessary information for billing, you will be considered a cash patient.

There are many worthwhile services that insurance does not cover. It is your responsibility to know what benefits your policy does and does not cover. You are responsible for payment for those services not covered by your policy.

Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. This applies to copays, deductibles and to personal pay accounts. Payment may be cash, personal check and credit or debit card.

In certain cases, arrangements may be made for payment over a reasonable period of time. This is handled through our account representatives.

We utilize the services of a nation wide collection agency when necessary to receive payment.
