We will be happy to see you, even if we are not on your
insurance preferred provider list. You have the freedom to see any
physician you wish. If we are not contract with your PPO and you wish to
see a physician not on your plan (go out of plan) you will pay a higher
amount of your share of the cost of services. Please check your insurance
benefits prior to your appointment.
Check your policy and the specific
charges for your visit!
The difference between seeing a physician
off of the preferred provider list may not be as great as you imagined.

patient's insurance company is not on this list and does not fall
under one of the above networks, we are probably not a
"preferred provider". Therefore, after the patient's
deductible is met, it is usually an 80% / 20% coverage. |
